This is a great recipe for boneless pork ribs or country style pork ribs. Easy finger-lickin' BBQ even a beginning cook could make!
  • 4 pounds boneless ribs
  • 1½ cup water
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp hot sauce
  1. Place ribs in a roasting pan lined with foil and greased for easy clean-up. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for one minute.
  3. When the ribs have cooked for 45 minutes, drain grease off and spoon sauce over ribs.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for another 90 minutes.
  5. Uncover, baste with a little sauce and bake 30 minutes longer, basting again after 15 minutes.
If you're cutting the recipe in half or anything, don't cut the sauce in half or the ribs will be a little dry. (Mistake I made the first time I made these.)

Made these tonight and holy moly my family went nuts for them. I just bbq’d them but marinated the pork in this sauce first then basted on the grill. Flavor was incredible! Adding it to the family recipe list! Great job!

I have a bunch of ribs waiting to be cooked, but temperatures are climbing here in Washington and my husband insists on using our grill, so we don’t bake along with our dinner! For someone who knows next to nothing about bbqing, do you have any suggestions for how to achieve this on the grill?

Hi Ashlee! I would make the sauce without the water and divide in half. Put half in a bag with the ribs and marinate the ribs at room temperature for at least an hour. Grill over direct high heat with the grill covered, turning every 10-15 minutes and brushing with the other half of the marinade. When meat temp reaches 155° remove from grill, let rest 10 minutes and then enjoy.
